A glimpse is all you get

School days are officially over~! Woohoo, w00tz0rs, yippee-kay-yay, and hippee-doo-hickies, we're now true blue graduates! Mehe, not quite actually, but who cares, we don't have to go back to school anytime soon! I'm having mixed feelings about this though. Gonna miss all the days I spent sleeping in school, and of course, chillin' with meh hippies, lol.
Anyways, 'nuff mushiness. So after taking the second EST paper, meh and Jun Hin went over to TS to buy the tickets for Quarantine, which is an 18PG movie, but what the heck. We got it easily enough, no IC checking, just an oral confirmation from us and it's done. So, 'kay, after Fei Sin, Chloe, and Weng Cheok came, we tried to enter. Us guys got in pretty easily, but Fei Sin and Chloe got stuck during inspection as they were wearing school shoes. Tough luck, so we gave up on that movie and demanded a refund, but of course, they wouldn't give it. No.4 of the friggin' "Rules and Regulations" (that they don't *fucking* know themselves) that are printed on the back of the tickets state that "The management reserves the *fucking* right to deny admission
BY *fucking* refunding the ticket". Unless the buyer's a *fucking* brain dead zombie with fungi growing inside their head, there's no way anyone would have messed up what that sentence meant. A *fucking* refund if you we don't let you in! But no, the manager said he couldn't give us a refund as we bought the tickets illegally and that we're under-18. I give you three *fucking* reasons why we are entitled to the refund. Bang one, it is your responsibility to *fucking* ensure that we meet the age requirements, which you obviously failed to do so, shot two, the transaction is perfectly legal, as we handed you legitimate cash, you accepted it handed us our tickets (and chopped it) on your own free will. That sounds awfully like legal trade don't you think? Last round, by chopping the tickets and handing it to us, you thereby acknowledged the transaction and allowed us access into the movie, the ticket being proof to that, and when you denied it, the rules and regulations clearly stated that you should refund the tickets.
40 minutes passed, and they still wouldn't back down. Things got so bad, Jun Hin and Weng Cheok started raising their voices, and Weng Cheok at one point exclaimed loudly that they were a bunch of scammers. The management threatened to call security after another gang of people who's in the same situation as us started crowding around the entrance. We backed off peacefully and tried to get their HQ's number, which we did, and called. It was ultimately futile though, as the operator promised to "pass on the message". Luckily, one of the dudes from the other gang of people have contacts he could use to help and called him here. He went in along with Jun Hin to discuss things with the management, and they finally relented by allowing us to watch another movie instead. I really can't stand their attitudes though, they weren't really willing to let us in, you could see it on their faces, that gloating look that define those pigs.
So after an hour of bickering later, we finally got to watch a movie. FIY Madagascar 2 is really funny. Especially the penguins. Go watch it. But not in one particular cinema though. You know which one. Deny them their revenue! They do not earn their keep! Lol.
